Successful businesses with over $1M in earnings (EBITDA)
Individual or family owned and operated
Want to sell the majority to 100% of the company
Profitable, with margins comparable to industry average
Wide customer base with low concentration (i.e. no customers account for a majority of revenue)
Great employees and a desire to see the business remain successful after the sale
