Acquisition of DLJ Commercial Roofing by Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing
Trailhead Partners is excited to announce the acquisition of DLJ Commercial Roofing (“DLJ”) by Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing (“Chamberlin”), a leading commercial roofing and waterproofing specialty contractor that serves customers in Texas, Georgia and surrounding states. DLJ Commercial Roofing was exclusively advised by Trailhead Partners in this transaction.
DLJ was founded by Dale Johnson in Edinburg, TX in 2009 to focus exclusively on high quality elastomeric roof coating repairs in the Rio Grande Valley and Central Texas regions. Mr. Johnson established a presence in the region by offering an alternative for both roof replacements and for low quality, big-box-store-grade roofing coatings for complex and large commercial roofs.
Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is a portfolio company of Houston, TX-based Main Street Capital Corporation, a publicly traded investment firm focused on investments in lower middle market and middle market companies.
